I received this knife as a gift and I can tell you that it is perfect for the BBQ, its weight is perfect (in my opinion) it gives you the impression of being an extension of your arm.
I love it so much that I brought it with me on vacation in preparation for making pork ribs (the one in the photo) 😅😋

Wow, these are SHARP. I desperately needed kitchen knives that didn't dull immediately... basically, you get what you pay for. The ones I had weren't good quality and didn't measure up to these.

First of all, the wooden block they come in is HEAVY. It's beautiful and looks really nice in my kitchen.

Second, the handles are well shaped and feel good in my hand. Easy to manipulate.

Then they're super sharp. So easy to prepare.

A wide variety of styles so you have all the essentials. These are very chic for someone who doesn't know what they need in their kitchen (me).
I would recommend them if you want a good knife set and don't know what you want/need

Coltello con lama molto tagliente..comprato per disossare il prosciutto.

Belle i disegni sulla mama (non bassorilievi vi deepi, ma disegni)..mentre le scanalature sono fatte molto bene (in modo che wheno tagli non si tiri la carne dietro..)
Qualitatively the acciaio mi seems excellent and the impugnatura results ergonomica.

PS: scatola curata, anche se una confezione en legno sarebbe stata ancora more prestigiosa.

Der Griff ist gut geformet und liegt super bequem in der Hand. Der Kropf ist auch sehr bequem und die leicht nach innen geneigte Klingenwurzel ermöglicht eine ausgezeichnete Kontrolle. Eine meiner Beschwerden über diese Art von Messerset ist eigentlich eine persönliche Angelegenheit, mir gefällt der sehr aufrechte Ziehwinkel des Messerblocks nicht. See the picture below. Ich sage nicht, dass es ein Mangel ist, denn wenn Sie es auf einer Kücheninsel oder einer gewerblichen Arbeitsfläche verwenden, ist Platz Mangelware und Sie haben die Höhe, um nach oben zu ziehen.

Ok, das war mein Negativpunkt an diesem Set. Nun zu dem, was ich daran liebe:

1. Die Griffe der Messer sind gut geformt und ausgewogen.
