A: We support paypal and credit card payment. We accept no other methods of payment, such as cash, cheque or postal order.

Q:What if I forget to use the discount code?
A: After the checkout is completed, we will not refund due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you can cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at ( shanzu@shanzuchef.com) with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.
Q: What’s the status of my order?
A: Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send a second email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Our products do not charge any other taxes and fees, the buyer should only pay for the order price as shown in the listing.
Q: How to return the goods?
A: You can return the product free of charge within 30 days after receiving your items, but you need to ensure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay a return shipping fee. We will provide you with a return address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.
