1-1.SHAN ZU Does it collect and store my credit card data?

Please be assured that we do not collect or store your credit card information. All payments are processed by PayPal or Authorize, depending on your payment method. When you reach the final step of the payment process, you will be taken directly to the secure PayPal or Authorize site. We never have access to your credit card information.

1-2. What should I do if I get a payment error?

If you're using a PayPal account, make sure your shipping address exactly matches the address you have on file for PayPal. Extra spaces or missing punctuation may cause your payment to fail. Once you've changed your shipping information, try again.

If you are using a credit card, please ensure that all credit card information is filled out correctly. Your order can be found in the Pending Payments tab under My Account.

If payment issues persist, please contact PayPal or try another payment method. PayPal's phone numbers are 1-888-221-1161 (US) and 1-402-935-2050 (outside the US).

1-3. What payment method do you accept?

Currently, the payment methods available for purchases on our website are PayPal and credit card. For PayPal-related questions, please contact PayPal directly at 1-888-221-1161 (US) or 1-402-935-2050 (outside the US). For credit card-related questions, please contact your issuing bank for more information.

1-4. How much time do I have to pay?

After placing an order, you have one hour to make payment. SHAN ZU will also send reminders. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 1 hour. Don't worry if you miss the 1 hour deadline! Just purchase the items again when you're ready! We're open to everyone, every minute!

1-5. How come my credit card payment is not being processed?

Please check that your credit card information was entered correctly. If so, try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, check with your credit card issuer or try a different payment method. You can also try using a different payment method, such as PayPal. If the payment still fails, please send us a screenshot of the error message.

1-6. What is a CVV number and where can I find it?

The CVV number ("Card Verification Value") is a three-digit number on the back of your credit/debit card (VISA®, MasterCard®). For American Express® branded credit or debit cards, it is a 4-digit numeric code on the front of the card.

This code is often used for verification purposes, especially for online purchases to prevent fraud. Providing the CVV number implies that the person placing the order is in physical possession of the card.

1-7. What should I do when my online transaction fails?

First, you need to find out why the transaction failed, as there could be several reasons:


-- A problem with the credit card.


-- Your online payment gateway settings


-- The card details provided during payment are incorrect

Here is a list of steps you can take:


Make sure your debit/credit card details are correct when you make a purchase. Try using a different card or payment method, such as PayPal, if possible. Contact your debit/credit card provider with the error message; they may be able to identify the issue you are experiencing.
