I received this knife as a gift and I can tell you that it is perfect for the BBQ, its weight is perfect (in my opinion) it gives you the impression of being an extension of your arm.

Wow, these are SHARP. I desperately needed kitchen knives that didn't dull immediately... basically, you get what you pay for. The ones I had weren't good quality and didn't measure up to these.
First of all, the wooden block they come in is HEAVY. It's beautiful and looks really nice in my kitchen.
Second, the handles are well shaped and feel good in my hand. Easy to manipulate.
Then they're super sharp. So easy to prepare.
A wide variety of styles so you have all the essentials. These are very chic for someone who doesn't know what they need in their kitchen (me).
I would recommend them if you want a good knife set and don't know what you want/need

Belle i disegni sulla mama (non bassorilievi vi deepi, ma disegni)..mentre le scanalature sono fatte molto bene (in modo che wheno tagli non si tiri la carne dietro..)

Der Griff ist gut geformet und liegt super bequem in der Hand. Der Kropf ist auch sehr bequem und die leicht nach innen geneigte Klingenwurzel ermöglicht eine ausgezeichnete Kontrolle. Eine meiner Beschwerden über diese Art von Messerset ist eigentlich eine persönliche Angelegenheit, mir gefällt der sehr aufrechte Ziehwinkel des Messerblocks nicht. See the picture below.
