Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can purchase again and use the discount code.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We can only process cancellations for items that are not yet in production. Please email us at ( shanzu@shanzuchef.com) with your order details.
We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has started.

A: If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a second email containing your tracking information.

Our products are not subject to other taxes or duties. The buyer only needs to pay the order price as stated in the listing.
