Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, regardless of where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, allowing us to provide maximum responsiveness at all times.
The order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for shipping within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping details
Shipping to Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and the United States.
- The aforementioned countries qualify for free shipping, and we are unable to deliver orders to customers located in other countries or regions.
- Shipping time is 5 to 20 business days.
- Please note that all packages are shipped from SHAN ZU; there are no additional taxes on our products, which means you only have to pay the final sale price when purchasing from SHAN ZU.
Notes:
1) Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping time does not include the 1- to 2-business-day processing period required to process your order from the date it was placed.
3) We will do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
4) If your package does not arrive within 40 days of placing your order, you must contact customer service within 180 days of placing your order.
5) If an order is refused, we charge $10 per order and refund the order balance.
6) We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so order processing may be delayed.
