heavy but duty

this knife is a little heavy, you have to get used to it. But once you did, it is just amazing. Razor sharp is not exagerated, I already cut myself, a pure beauty. Not for cutting bones, just vegetables. But vegetables will enjoy, so smooth... Thanks Shanzu!

Schneidet unfassbar gut

Ich habe dieses Messe meiner Oma zu Weihnachten geschenkt, sie hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. Das Messer wurde auch schon sehr oft verwendet und sieht noch aus wie neu, wobei sie ist immer per Hand abwäscht. Geschnitten hat es von Anfang an gut, natürlich lässt die Schärfe mit der Zeit etwas nach.
Preisleistung passt auf jeden Fall für Anfänger würde ich es jedoch nicht wählen, da es wirklich sehr scharf ist.
