Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and credit card payments. We do not accept other forms of payment, such as cash, checks or money orders.

Q: What is the ordering process?
A: The ordering process takes place in three quick steps:
Select your favorite items and add them to cart.
Enter your billing and shipping information.

Q: What should I do if I have an error in my order?

Q: What to do if I forget to use the discount code?
A: Once the order is completed, we will not issue any refunds due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, canceling the order is free. After canceling the order, you can purchase again and use the discount code.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We can only process cancellations for items that are not yet in production. Please email us at (shanzu@shanzuchef.com) with your order details.
We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has started.

Q : What is the status of my order?
A: If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a second email containing your tracking information.
The most recent information regarding your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email.
If you do not have not received the order status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case they have been redirected there.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes and customs duties?
Our products are not subject to any other taxes or duties. The buyer only needs to pay the order price as stated in the listing.

Q: How to return the goods?
A: You can return the product for free within 30 days following receipt, but you must ensure that the product meets the return conditions. We do not charge return shipping costs, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you must pay return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return address. The shipping costs for returning goods depend on the logistics service provider you have chosen.

Q : How long does it take for my product to be shipped?
A: It depends on your location and the shipping options selected. At the time of purchase, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivered within 5 to 20 working days.
