Tolles hochwertiges Set mit schön ausbalancierten Messern. Das Santoku ist mein Star. Mit ihm lassen sich wirklich hauchdünne Scheiben, z.B. von der Orange schneiden. Das Alltagsmesser, das meines Wissens nicht einzeln erworben werden kann, stellt eine tolle Ergänzung dar.
Einzig das Brotmesser fällt ein wenig ab, im Vergleich zu anderen Brotmessern ist der Wellenschliff zu klein und nicht tief genug ausgeführt. Es könnte schärfer sein.
